This app can help you find reccos for restaurants to wine-and-dine clients, help figure out a cheap happy hour spot to meet up, or locate a place to find a unique gift. Using the app, people either like something and "recco" it, or don't like it and "meh" it. Then, using their phone, they can find the most recco'd places near them.
